Կինեռեժիսոր Գ. Ղազարեի խոսքերով այսօր ամբողջ աշխարհում շատ հետաքրքիր միտումներ են նկատվում. «Այսօր կարելի է ֆիլմ նկարել բջջային հեռախոսով, որը կարող է ավելի շատ ասելիք ունենալ, քան 2 ժամանոց երկարամետրաժ, պրոֆեսիոնալ տեխնիկայով նկարված ֆիլմը»:
Մայիսի 17-24-ը ՆՓԱԿ-ում (Նորարար փորձառական արվեստի կենտրոն) կմեկնարկի «Մեկ կադր, մեկ րոպե» (One minute, one shot) կինոփառատոնը:
Փառատոնին հայտ են ներկայացրել արդեն 103 մասնակից: «Եթե մեր փառատոնի առաջին տարում` 2003թ.-ին, «համոզելով» հայտ են ներկայացրել ընդամենը 13 մասնակից, այս տարի այդ երկու թվերի միջեւ մի զրո ենք ավելացրել, դարձնելով 103»,-ասում է փառատոնի կազմակերպիչ, ՆՓԱԿ-ի կինոյի եւ թատրոնի բաժնի տնօրեն Գագիկ Ղազարէն:
Հայաստանյան այս փառատոնը առանձնանում է աշխարհի նման փառատոններից նրանով, որ ֆիլմը բացի մեկ րոպեանոց լինելուց, պետք է նաեւ մեկ կադրից բաղկացած լինի: «Սա հեշտացնում է մեր մասնակիցների աշխատանքը, քանի որ մոնտաժի հետ աշխատանք համարյա թե չկա»,-ասում է Գ.Ղազարէն:
Գագիկ Ղազարէն այս փառատոնով հասկացել է, որ հայերին կինոն, նկարը հարազատ են ու հետաքրքիր.« Հայերը սիրում են պատկերի հետ խաղալ, նույնիսկ մի բան կտեսնեն, կհանեն բջջայինները ու կսկսեն նկարել»,-ծիծաղում է Գ.Ղազարէն:
Փառատոնը սերտորեն համագործակցում է նմանատիպ մրցույթների հետ ամբողջ աշխարհում: Կազմակերպիչներն ասում են, որ իրենց առավելությունն այն է, որ իրենք չեն արխիվացնում մասնակիցների աշխատանքները, այլ դրանք մասնակցում են տարբեր երկրների փառատոններին: Օրինակ 2008թ.-ի նոյեմբերի Ամստերդամի «Մեկ րոպե» կինոփառատոնի ժամանակ մրցանակի է արժանացել Արփա Հակոբյանը իր «Լռության աշխարհ» ֆիլմով, որտեղ մեկ րոպեի ընթացքում ծերանոցում ապրող մի տատիկ պատմում է իր մեծ ընտանիքի, դրա խնդիրների մասին: «Ֆիլմը հուզիչ էր եւ հուզիչ էր այնքանով, որ մեկ րոպե էր, եւ այդ մեկ րոպեն բավական էր ասելու այնքան շատ, որ բոլորը հուզվեին»:
2008թ.- Օլիմպիական խաղերի նախօրեին Պեկինի «Ժամանակակից արվեստի թանգարանում» շուրջ 60 երկրների` այդ թվում եւ Հայաստանին տրամադրված էր մեկական էկրան , որտեղ ցուցադրվում էին «Մեկ կադր, մեկ րոպե» փառատոնի մասնակիցների ֆիլմերը:
Այս տարի փառատոնին լինելու է մի քանի նոմինացիա` «Հեղինակների մրցանակ» (մասնակիցներն իրենց միջից են ընտրելու լավագույնին), «Լավագույն ֆիլմը» ( ժյուրիի մրցանակ), «Լավագույն կադր» (ժյուրիի կողմից 4 մրցանակ), «Լավագույն կարճամետրաժ ֆիլմը» (ժյուրիի մրցանակ) եւ «Կինո առանց սահմանների» (մրցանակ Գագիկ Ղազարէի կողմից): Այս տարի բացի ֆիլմերի ցուցադրությունից կազմակերպվելու են նաեւ բանավեճեր եւ քննարկումներ:
