КВАРТИРНЫЙ ВОПРОСВ Европейском суде по правам человека впервые рассмотрено дело, связанное с карабахским конфликтом
27 сентября в Баку ожидали с понятным напряжением: в Европейском суде по правам человека в Страсбурге в этот день рассматривалось дело Валентины Акимовой, которое азербайджанская пресса справедливо окрестила “опасным прецедентом”. Акимова - русская по национальности, гражданка Азербайджана и поныне проживающая в Баку. Как сообщают бакинские газеты, в 1999 году ее квартира оказалась незаконно заселена вынужденными переселенцами. Акимова обратилась вначале в местные судебные инстанции, которые вынесли беспрецедентное в мировой практике решение: они признали права женщины на квартиру, однако постановили, что собственность ей вернут только тогда, когда разрешится конфликт и переселенцы смогут вернуться в свои дома. The exhausted candidate of the ARFAlthough the ARF is going to simultaneously nominate two candidates this fact doesn’t give us grounds to believe that it’s going to end up doing so considering the “perplexed” behavior of the party of the recent years. It’s not likely that two of the candidates will keep running especially in the event of Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s likely nomination. And finally not always the change of situation can be pleasant. Under such circumstances the ARF will hardly take such a step to endanger the “current” power. It will always be possible to find explanations for the refusal of one of the candidates to run. For example, they can say that in order to “save the country” from the possible come-back of the ANM the ARF has decided to support a joint candidate. This option was not excluded by an ARF faction member, Ruzan Arakelyan. And this may also mean that the Dashnaks are not playing not on behalf of their candidate. Read more
