Comrade Vahan to be criticizedARF faction member and former presidential candidate Vahan Hovhannisyan has proposed a suggestion to establish a public chamber. He believes it is the best way to go out of the political crisis. According to press publications, Vahan Hovhannisyan has also informed about this suggestion to his coalition colleagues. However, this suggestion may be a reason of scandal because former MP Hmayak Hovhannisyan is accusing Vahan Hovhannisyan in plagiarism. Hmayak Hovhannisyan says that he was the first person to suggest this after the parliamentary elections 2007 and it is his idea. “I will make a noise in the whole world and let Vahan Hovhannisyan give answer how he can do that if they ignored my suggestion that time. No faction agreed with my suggestion that time. Only Viktor Dallakyan agreed with my suggestion and supported our bill in the parliament, but due to the fact that the majority did not support us, our bill was not adopted,” said Hmayak Hovhannisyan to our correspondent and emphasized that it is not the appropriate time to establish such chamber now.
